The tide of official propaganda shows no sign of ebbing. The "science of ignorance" is being perpetuated at a new website (new to me at any rate): http://www.csmmh.org/. It calls itself The Commission for Scientific Medicine and Mental Health (CSMMH) and its aim is to scientifically study "unproved" alternative medicine therapies. Personally, I think they would do better studying scientifically fraudulent pharmaceutical products being foisted on an unsuspecting public, but of course the real agenda is not science at all. It is to discredit the many alternatives to deadly and costly conventional medicine, as practised here in the West. First, there is an arrogance to assume that we have to prove the efficacy inexpensive herbs, heomopathy, massage and diet with the same vigour that should rightly be applied to dangerous medicinal substances that are being sold at anything up to 8000% profit. Secondly there is the pretended conceit of supposing that their "proven" methods have actually passsed the vigors of real scientific enquiry, which we know is not the case. Moreover if science throws up something inconvenient (such as the fact that a highly profitable drug kills people), then true science is suppressed - as with Merck suppressing clear scientific evidence of the dangers of Vioxx. Thirdly, there is the sheer effrontery of supposing they should be the ones who decide which alternative methods are "unproven". The lies beggar any belief. I saw recently a video for professionals (doctors), in which it was argued that money was being wasted on hundreds of clinical trials testing implausible methods, such as homeopathy, unrefined plant products, prayer, and acupuncture. The voice in question, Dr. Wallace Sampson, a member of the MedGenMed Editorial Board, should clearly resign his job as editor, since he appears unaware that each of these alternative modalities has already been clinically proven to be successful. Over and over! But then there is always the luxury, freely indulged in medical circles, of ignoring any valid trials that oppose your dogma! Such bigotry is not compatible with the aims of true science; only political lies and manipulation. But then Big Pharma is nothing to do with love, healing and ending suffering, is it? For those of you in too much of a hurry to read to the bottom, let me remind you: DIET WISE, the new book, is now on sale at Amazon and my own shopping mall. More details here.
Doesn't this make you shudder? It does meRead this article and then see my important comment below:FEW people can have missed the extraordinary story of a 9-year-old girl named Ashley. Ashley's brain will always function at the level of an infant and she is bedridden. To help them cope with Ashley, her parents chose to stunt her growth with hormones and to remove her uterus and developing breasts. Debate has raged over whether Ashley's parents have violated her rights and stripped her of her dignity simply for their own convenience (see "Operating in whose interest?"). There is no doubt that these interventions are extreme. Some have reacted with a feeling of revulsion. But as the debate unfolded it became clear that Ashley's best interests were uppermost in her parents' minds. Her quality of life is defined by her levels of comfort and interaction with others. Each intervention was chosen to increase one or both these factors. Ashley's parents consulted several doctors and presented their case to an ethical panel of some 40 professionals. Doctors foresee potential benefits for Ashley and no serious long-term risks from the treatment: certainly none that would exceed the health risks she faces from being bedridden. It is true that Ashley's parents made choices for her. But Ashley cannot make them herself, and will never be able to do so. She is profoundly disabled: unable to communicate or even to hold up her head. If there were a chance she would ever be able to choose to enter a relationship and bear children, the debate would be very different, but that is not how Ashley's life will be. Some people have objected to Ashley's treatment on the grounds that it starts us down the slippery slope to a world where parents can make their own lives easier by imposing medical or surgical procedures on their children. This is precisely why society needs ethical panels or court-appointed advocates to ensure that children's interests remain top priority. By publishing Ashley's story, her doctors have provided a template for how such oversight can be carried out. Still, there is a yawning gap in the decision-making process. We do not know if bedridden people with profound mental impairment who are short and light live happier lives than their taller, heavier peers. Only randomised controlled trials will answer that question. Surgeons in particular need to overcome their resistance to subjecting surgical procedures to such rigorous testing. Until such trials take place, Ashley's treatment will stay an inconclusive experiment: whether it will make her life better than it would otherwise have been will remain a matter of opinion. From issue 2586 of New Scientist magazine, 13 January 2007, page 3 The trouble here is that the case relies entirely on the doctors knowing enough. I have cured numerous patients who were supposed to be fixed and incurable, from genetic and congenital ("at birth") causes, just using diet manipulations. I have explained how this works in the new book DIET WISE. To read just one example, look at my casebook example here: http://www.wholesomelivingletter.com/casebook.htm also I posted an extra casebook example of "curing" genetically inherited muscular dystrophy on the DIET WISE BOOK page: www.dietwisebook.com. Even I admit it shoudn't have happened - but it did!
Satanism: Newborns Killed for Stem Cell, Organ HarvestingIn case you didn't see this article anywhere else... I do not like the current state of play in stem cell therapy. The technology simply does not exist at a marketable level. Yet people are out there trying to grab twisted dollars, exploiting people's fear of death and disease. There is even MLM involved now. It does not surprise me that murder and "harvesting" humans is already a frightening reality. DO NOT SUPPORT STEM CELL THERAPY IN ANY FORM, I BEG YOU.Publication time: 21 December 2006, 17:27 Ukrainian Investigator Fired for Expanding Probe into Newborns Killed for Stem Cell, Organ Harvesting An investigator into Ukrainian allegations of newborn baby murders for stem cell and organ harvesting says she was fired from the case after calling for an inquiry into all maternity hospitals in the country. Irina Bogomolova, from the chief prosecutor's office in Kiev, said she believes she was removed in order to prevent the magnitude of the trade in babies' body parts from being exposed, the UK Telegraph reported on Sunday. "I was sacked for political reasons. I demanded an investigation into all maternity wings in hospitals across Ukraine and I was relieved of duty after making that demand," Bogomolova said. "A trade in stem cells exists here... I suspect there is a lot of bribery going on, right up to highest levels. The Council of Europe is to begin an investigation February in the Ukraine, into charges that newborn babies, and preterm babies, have been killed in hospitals to provide stem cells and internal organs for the black market trade in experimental medical and cosmetic procedures. An earlier inquiry in 2004 by the Council was dropped for lack of evidence. Mothers came forward with claims that they gave birth to live infants who were then immediately taken away from them. "Pregnant women, especially from rural areas, are very vulnerable targets as they will obviously believe whatever the doctors tell them," said Bogomolova. "It's easy to take their babies from them and tell them they died or were born dead due to complications." Increasing reports of the sale of unborn and newborn babies' bodies for cosmetic and "health" treatments have been emerging from the Ukraine over the past few years. The BBC recently obtained a video, released to the Council of Europe, showing the bodies of 30 newborns taken from a hospital burial site who appear to have been dismembered for organ and stem cell harvesting. The video shows the exhumation proceedings of the bodies following a 2003 campaign to expose the deaths, led by the All-Ukrainian Federation of Families with Many Children. The organization claims at least 300 newborn babies have gone missing from hospitals under similar circumstances. Source: LifeSiteNews Tee Tree Oil AlertTea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) is native to Australia, where it was a traditional medicine for the Aboriginal people, particularly for the Bundjalung tribe. Despite its name, it is unrelated to the tea which can be found in most kitchens. Rather it was named by Captain Cook who, upon reaching Australia, brewed a tea-like drink from the leaves. Healing uses: We know this plant has some powerful healing properties. It is has anaesthetic, anti-bacterial, antiseptic and anti-fungal properties. It is usually used as an oil to apply to the skin. It can treat burns, cuts, abrasions and insect bites. For burns Including radiation burns and sunburn) it should be applied directly to the burn area, to soothe the pain and hasten healing. For athlete’s foot and ringworm, tea tree oil can be applied directly to the effected area. Alternatively, for athlete’s foot, the oil can be added to a basin of hot water to create a foot bath. Within moments of rubbing it onto the feet, you can smell the powerful odor on the patient's breath. Tea tree oil is worth trying for vaginal yeast infections. It can be used either as a douche or applied to a tampon. To make a douche, combine 1 part tea tree oil with 4 parts warm water. Douche with this mixture daily for at least a month. Alternatively, combine 4 drops of tea tree oil with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place 5 drops of this oil onto a tampon and insert it into the vagina. Leave in place for several hours. As with the douche, repeat this regime each day for at least a month. There are a number of other uses, which make this a very useful plant healer. However, now comes a word of caution. It has been recently found that tea tree has estrogenic effects. This was discovered when young boys were treated with soaps, styling gel and shampoos containing tea tree and subsequently developed female breasts (a condition called gynecomastia). Incidentally, lavender oil had the same effect. It is therefore quite inappropriate for young children, nursing mothers and anyone with hormone-dependent cancers, such as certain breast and uterine cancers to use tea tree or lavender oil. Always err on the side of caution and if in doubt, avoid
it. Reference: N Engl J Med 2007;356:479-485 Here's a cute book by Becky, one of our subscribers.

To order it, click here IS THIS THE MOST IMPORTANT DIET BOOK EVER?It is not a plan. In fact it explains why diet plans often don't work and why they make some people feel sick. The theme is that everyone is different - no two people tolerate foods in exactly the same way. There is no such thing as a universal diet plan, nor can there ever be, as this book explains. What you can do is work out your own unique eating plan, which is just about perfect for you. Then you'll lose weight, look good, feel great, and live a long long time... It's a sort of super-Rolls-Royce version of the modern detox diet, by one of the pioneers who actual first developed the concept of "detox" decades ago. As well as plentiful explanations of the science and mechanisms, there are lots of moving and heart-warming stories about how people overcame seemingly hopeless odds to recover their health and wellbeing, using these vital life and biology principles.

Overnight it shot to #1 on Google and with good reason: it's a movie you are never going to see released or televized in the heavily censored media set up you have in the USA. Over 1.5 million people have watched the movie so far, thanks to the power of the internet and grassroots word of mouth activism. Aaron Russo's previous films have received 6 Academy Award nominations, and he personally has won an Emmy, Tony, Grammy, Golden Globe and an NAACP Image Award for Best Film of the Year; AND is credited with the all-time classics: "The Rose" with Bette Midler and "Trading Places" with Eddie Murphy. "America: Freedom to Fascism" chronicles the history of the Federal Reserve System, the resultant income tax, and leads the viewer into the imminent future of our soon-to-be controlled, way of life. Russo has brilliantly written a documentary about a seemingly "dry" topic and turned it into a riveting masterpiece. This is one history lesson you're not likely to forget anytime soon. Russo THE GUESS WHO? QUOTE:
Any guesses? It's George Santayana (Born 1863, Madrid – Died 1952, Rome), philosopher, essayist, poet, and novelist. A lifelong Spanish citizen, Santayana was raised and educated in the United States, invariably wrote in English, and is considered an American man of letters. He is perhaps best known for the oft-quoted remark, "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it," from Reason in Common Sense, the first volume of his The Life of Reason. Here's another great quote by him, I like a lot:
